(1)Djokovic-(7)Ferrer
(3)Federer-(8)Tsonga
(5)Nadal-(4)Wawrinka
(6)Berdych-(2)Murray
I posted the quarterfinal match ups but you can click on the link to see the full draw. Federer is of course back for the first time since the Australian Open after knee surgery. His draw is not particularly friendly either.
He will begin with the winner of Bellucci and Garcia-Lopez which won’t be a walkover and then probably Bautista Agut and Tsonga. So making semis will be a tall order after his break but you would hope he does.

You would expect Djokovic to make semis in the top half. I’m sure he wouldn’t mind facing Federer so he can have a shot at improving his head-to-head with Federer to 24-22.
In the bottom half, Nadal has a tough draw because he gets Thiem, who he lost to in Buenos Aires, in the third round. After that, he gets Stan in the quarters. As for Murray, he has a lot to prove after his poor showings in Indian Wells and Miami.
Monte Carlo is not my favourite Masters but there are some good match-ups to look forward to and this clay court season is big for Djokovic and in terms of the GOAT debate so I’m looking forward to it!
